Engineer arrived on time explained what was required and then fitted the ariel and tested. very polite and informative,

Identified the problem and advised on the best way to remedy the problem. Also helped to move and replace heavy furniture.

The engineer fixed the problem uickly. However twice there were automated messages postponing the appointment.
